"The path I was following no longer makes sense. What now?"
Pulling the week together from Pulse, the Meeting Hub and Sponsor Pipeline.
The early read on Monday's episode, plus the show's 28 and 30-day numbers.
The same episode once it has had its time, compared against Tuesday.
Settled numbers for the week: the channel and every social platform.
Tap a week to mark it as publishing, no drop, or hiatus. No-drop and hiatus weeks don't count against you. A publishing week with no guest episode in Pulse counts as missed.
One place to see the whole show. Here's what feeds it, what it does with what it gets, and how your week moves through it.
Each app keeps doing its own job. The command center reads all of them at once, so you see the whole picture without opening four tabs. Watch the gold dots: that's your data arriving.
The audience survey feeds Pulse, and Pulse feeds both Sponsor Pipeline and this command center.
Numbers need time to settle, so the week has three check-ins. Each one has its own job.
The day after Monday's drop. How the new episode started, plus the show's 28 and 30-day numbers.
Goes to the Meeting Hub · TuesdayThe same episode, checked again. Comparing Friday against Tuesday shows whether it held or faded.
Goes to the Meeting Hub · FridayThe settled numbers: the channel, every social platform, Spotify retention and community size.
Goes to Pulse · weekly logOpen Check-ins in the menu, pick the day, and type. Tuesday and Friday land in the Meeting Hub's own boxes, so the meeting is ready. Sunday lands in Pulse's weekly log and in the episode's record. Friday shows Tuesday's number beside every box, and Sunday comes pre-filled from Friday and last week, so you're updating, not starting over.
The whole week at a glance: check-ins, the show's numbers, the latest episode, what's coming, the money and national readiness in brief.
Tuesday, Friday and Sunday in one place. Type once, and it fills the Meeting Hub and Pulse.
Each episode's profile: what we planned, what happened, how people responded, and the eight review questions.
Evan's board. Every guest from first contact to performance review, with what's blocking each one. The schedule sheet shows alongside it.
This week's four meetings, open action items, and every week you've saved, straight from the Meeting Hub.
Booked, contracted, invoiced and received kept apart, Income (ThriveWell Plus, RSS.com Ads, Bluehost, PodMatch), what the show costs, the pipeline, follow-ups due, and the evidence you can show a sponsor today.
Your Pulse goals with pace and deadlines, Growth week by week, Spotify completion per episode, who listens (age, gender, place), reviews and social reach, what the survey says, the audience profile (edit it here and it saves into Pulse), and which listener challenges hold people longest.
This week's release steps (you and Evan tick them, Pulse ticks its own), Apple, Spotify, YouTube, RSS.com and social side by side, and each episode traced across every platform.
Each quarter next to the one before: money in by source, what the show cost, what was left, and how the show grew.
Nine things a network or national sponsor checks, each marked Ready, Building or Not yet from your real numbers, with the next step, cited industry benchmarks, and the case you can honestly make today.
Nothing is estimated to fill a gap. A blank shows as "Not logged," never as zero.
Look for the source line on each card: Pulse, the Meeting Hub, Sponsor Pipeline or the schedule sheet.
Editorial reviews are written by you and Evan. Any AI note is labeled as AI and kept separate.
A hiatus or a skipped drop is recorded as a choice, so consistency numbers stay honest.
What we planned for an episode and how people actually responded always sit side by side, never blended.
Yes. They work exactly as before. Anything you type there shows up here on its own.
The same email and password everywhere: here, Pulse, the Meeting Hub and Sponsor Pipeline. If you ever change it, use "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page. It sends a link for Pulse and one for the others, so set the same new password in both.

Each platform counts something different. RSS.com counts downloads from every podcast app it feeds, Apple included, and some Spotify listening too. Spotify counts its own plays (30 seconds or more, watching or listening), and it keeps a copy of the episode, so RSS.com doesn't see every Spotify play. YouTube is counted only by YouTube. Adding them together would count some people twice, so the command center shows each one on its own, with its own time window.
Apple Podcasts is audio, where loyal listeners follow. Spotify is audio and video, where people choose to watch or listen. YouTube is video, and it's where new people find the show, because it recommends episodes to people who have never heard of it. RSS.com is the host that sends each episode to every podcast app. Social is reach.
The same number Pulse shows at the top: for one week, YouTube views plus podcast downloads (RSS.com) plus Instagram, Facebook and TikTok engagement plus LinkedIn post impressions. It shows whether the show's reach is growing week to week. It counts views, not people, so one person who watches and also likes a post counts twice.
From Pulse. Add or edit them on the Audience screen or in Pulse, and both show the same goals. Each one is measured against your latest Sunday close. For totals that build over time, like subscribers, the command center shows what you'd need each week to make the deadline next to your recent pace.
At the Sunday close, six days after the Monday send, so opens have time to come in. Open the Newsletter section, copy that week's post (title, views, open rate) and the top-of-page numbers from Riverside, and tap Save newsletter. Once they're saved, the "Newsletter out Monday 10 AM" step on Distribution ticks itself for that week.
No other app tracks them, so you type them in the Income section of the Sunday close (closed until you open it) and tap Save income. That saves any day of the week and never touches Pulse: ThriveWell Plus from Apple Podcasts Connect, RSS.com Ads, Bluehost from Impact.com, and PodMatch. They carry over week to week until you change them. PodMatch pays once a month, so you copy its newest payout line, and the same payout is never counted twice.
By the date money reached you: sponsor payments on their Payment received date, grants on their decision date, Sponsor Pipeline affiliate entries by their month. RSS.com, Apple and Bluehost show running totals, so each quarter gets what was added during it. Costs come from What the show costs on Sponsors and revenue.
Nobody has entered it yet. The app never turns a missing number into a zero.
Your numbers live in each app's own database, same as always. The command center keeps four things of its own, in a separate section of the Meeting Hub's database: each week's status, a dated copy of every check-in, each episode's editorial notes and review, the production board, the release checklist, the sponsor money ledger, income and costs.
Sign out and sign back in. If it stays that way, your password for that app is probably different. Reset it so it matches.
Type each number once. Tuesday and Friday fill the Meeting Hub. Sunday fills Pulse. Every save keeps a dated copy here.
What we planned, what happened, and how people responded, side by side for every episode.
Every guest from first contact to performance review. Move them along with the arrows, open a card to edit it.
This week's four meetings, what's still open, and every week you've saved. The meetings themselves stay in the Meeting Hub.
Money that's real, kept apart from money that's hoped for, and the evidence that earns the next sponsor.
Whether they're growing, whether they stay, who they are, and what they told us. This is what a national sponsor buys.
Every platform in one view, each episode traced across them, and the release steps that get every drop in front of people.
Nine things a network or national sponsor checks, each judged only from your real numbers, with the next step for anything that isn't there yet.
